I am providing a link to an important TED talk, by Matt Walker, where he discusses the importance of sleep, not only for the health and well being of our brains, and how important sleep is for processing and learning new information, transferring short term memories to long term memories and equally as important on HOW sleep is vital in boosting our Natural Killer Cells (NKC) that exist in our bodies to help fight off disease and boost our immunity.
